Beyond the Frontlines follows the personal lives of women of color frontline healthcare workers across the US from March 2020 to present day. From pumping between shifts, to managing family expectations, to watching upwards of 60 people die in a single night, these women’s stories shake up the narrative of what a true leader looks like.
